  1. Hi..
    I m 5’6 n I weigh 63.22. I want to lose a lot of my weight. I m chubby n I don’t want to look like that. I want to change myself completely. I lost my confidence. Please can you suggest me something where I can look my chubbiness n gain confidence on myself.


    1. Hey Megha! I began to feel way more confident when I wasn’t obese anymore (and not even thin). It just felt really good to not look so plumpy, so I think I know what you are talking about. Have you started exercising and eating healthy yet?


  2. I don’t think you need to exercise to lose weight . Weight loss is primarily determined by energy balance i.e if you want to lose weight ,you must consume fewer calories than you expend daily.


      1. Agreed.Actually,there is a lot of theory behind it.In short, dieting plus exercise is superior to either one alone. If you have to pick one, dieting is better option. 🙂
